You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the fintech or payments industry — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze customer needs and align them with the solutions offered by Airwallex, ensuring clients achieve their business goals.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers. You are proactive and take ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.

You are data-driven, using metrics to assess customer health and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to leverage insights will help you develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are motivated by the impact your work has on their businesses.

Desirable

Experience in the payments or financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. You may have a background in sales or account management, which complements your customer success expertise.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Airwallex, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback, using this information to drive improvements in our services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure that customers are aware of all the features available to them.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
