Tanium is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers receive value from their investment and drive retention and expansion. Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their business goals. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional, allowing you to understand customer needs and align them with the solutions Tanium offers. You are data-driven, using both quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, solution engineers, and domain architects to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Your experience in managing customer accounts has equipped you with the skills to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. You are proactive in addressing challenges and are skilled at navigating complex customer environments to drive successful outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful business outcomes for Tanium's customers, leading to high retention and expansion rates. You will collaborate with an account team to understand the unique complexities of your customers and create tailored strategies for full platform adoption. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying integration opportunities, and managing data to drive adoption and value. You will also support executive business reviews, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into Tanium's offerings and strategies.
You will engage with customers regularly to track progress against agreed-upon plans, creating artifacts such as Value Plans to demonstrate ROI. Your role will involve risk tracking and updating internal systems like Salesforce and Gainsight to ensure alignment with customer needs. You will work closely with senior team members to leverage insights and overcome obstacles to implementing new technologies, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Tanium's customer base.
