What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from onboarding through to ongoing support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging Airwallex's platform to its fullest potential. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with customers, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement in service delivery.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements that will improve user experience. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention, ensuring that clients are satisfied and see value in their partnership with Airwallex.

You will also analyze customer data to track success metrics and report on customer health, using this information to inform your approach and drive continuous improvement. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping Airwallex maintain its reputation as a leader in the global payments and financial platform space.
