You have a strong background in product design, with experience leading design teams and driving user-centered design processes. You are skilled in turning complex problems into elegant solutions, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with product managers and engineers. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to advocate for user needs while balancing business goals. You are passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that empower businesses to manage their financial operations seamlessly.
You bring a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, which you apply to ensure that the products you design are not only functional but also visually appealing. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality design work.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Manager at Airwallex, you will lead the design team in creating innovative solutions for our payments platform. You will be responsible for defining the design vision and strategy, ensuring that all design work aligns with the overall product goals and user needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate user testing.
