Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with experience leading design teams and driving user-centered design processes. You are skilled in turning complex problems into intuitive and accessible solutions, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with product managers and engineers. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to advocate for user needs while balancing business goals. You are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve design processes. You understand the importance of data-driven design and are comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions.
Desirable
Experience with financial technology or payment systems is a plus, as is familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to grow your skills and knowledge in the field of design.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Manager at Airwallex, you will lead the design team in creating user-friendly interfaces for our financial platform. You will oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all designs align with our brand and meet user needs.
