What you'll do
As the Product Lead for Lending at Airwallex, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for lending solutions — you will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements. You will conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in lending products.
You will lead cross-functional teams in the development of product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs — your role will involve prioritizing the product backlog and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the success of product initiatives.
