Who you are
You have a proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the fintech or payments industry. Your experience spans over 5 years, where you've successfully driven go-to-market strategies and collaborated with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of turning innovative ideas into actionable plans. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal teams alike. You are a natural collaborator, able to build trust and rapport with diverse groups, and you understand the importance of aligning partnership goals with overall business strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for partnerships in the ANZ region. You will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Airwallex's mission and growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership agreements, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that partnerships deliver value to both Airwallex and its partners.
