You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the technology sector, and are motivated by the mission of building high-performing teams. You bring expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and continuously improve processes. What you'll do
