What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of PMO and take charge of leading project meetings to discuss objectives, timelines, and deliverables. You will coordinate resources across various teams, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that projects are progressing as planned. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress and status, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and identifying any potential risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes. You will be instrumental in facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

You will also be responsible for developing project plans that outline key milestones and deliverables, helping to keep projects on track and within budget. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing project performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met and that the final outcomes align with Aizon's mission to improve global health through optimized manufacturing processes.
