What you'll do

As a Project Manager at AvePoint, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications to AWS Cloud. You will work closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

You will facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any challenges that arise. Your role will involve maintaining project documentation and reporting on project status to senior management. You will also play a key role in post-migration reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their best work.
