What you'll do

As a Financial Controller at Akuna, you will monitor, maintain, and improve accounting control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial reporting. You will supervise the work of the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks. Managing the month-end close process for multiple entities will be a key responsibility, requiring you to coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with internal policies. You will maintain complete and accurate accounting records, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented and reported. Your role will also involve collaborating with teams from Finance, Compliance, Trade Operations, and Procurement, allowing you to gain exposure to different aspects of the trading industry.
