You have a solid financial background and experience in operational controlling and cost control, particularly focused on staff costs. You are skilled in designing and producing analytical dashboards that support executive and operational teams, enabling them to make informed decisions. Your analytical mindset allows you to analyze monthly operational performance through a data-driven perspective, helping to understand cost variances effectively. You are a real team player, capable of working globally across the organization with key stakeholders, including senior management. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
As a Financial Controller at Voodoo, you will be responsible for operational controlling and cost control dedicated to staff costs for the entire group. You will design and produce analytical dashboards for the executive committee and operational teams, becoming a strong business partner for them. Your role will involve analyzing monthly operational performance and providing analytical support to understand cost variances within the organization.
