Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in full-stack development roles. Your strong frontend expertise is complemented by proficiency in a diverse set of programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python. You have demonstrable experience with both frontend and backend development, including API design, database management, and crafting user interfaces that delight users. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure that support scalable application deployment is essential. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with design, research, engineering, and go-to-market teams to refine and implement new features.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and lead engineering projects across Factory's product suite, ensuring that the platform meets high standards for scalability, performance, and user experience. You will design, develop, and maintain critical platform features from the ground up, shipping highly secure and fault-tolerant code for large enterprise customers that require high reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to take new features from concept to live implementation, driving significant value for users. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with design and research teams to refine product features, as well as participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of the development process, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team remains aligned with the company's goals.
