You are a collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You have a passion for creating seamless user experiences and are always looking for ways to improve product functionality and design. Bonus points if you have experience building your own startup, as this demonstrates your entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of the challenges faced in product development.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and build solutions that save them time — this initial phase is crucial for gathering insights that will inform your product design. By the 60-day mark, you will be responsible for designing and shipping a smooth product experience, focusing on features like Memory that enhance user interaction. As you approach the 90-day milestone, you will take ownership of multiple product lines, such as MCP and Sandbox, ensuring that they meet customer expectations and drive engagement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to create a cohesive product vision. Your role will involve not just technical implementation but also strategic thinking about how to position Vapi's offerings in the market. You will be expected to contribute to the overall product strategy and help shape the future direction of the company as it continues to grow rapidly.
