You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating user-centered experiences that resonate with users. Your experience includes working closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and feasible. You thrive in environments where you can take ambiguous ideas and turn them into clear, interactive designs that help teams make informed decisions.
You are proficient in design tools like Figma and have a solid understanding of front-end development principles. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to effectively communicate design concepts and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process. You are detail-oriented and take pride in the quality of your work, ensuring that every component of your designs meets high standards.
Desirable
Experience with web3 technologies and an understanding of blockchain principles would be a plus. Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their evolution is also desirable. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the design field.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Alchemy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our onchain products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Your work will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and usability testing, ensuring that our products are intuitive and engaging.
You will be responsible for scaling and evolving Alchemy's UI system, owning core components and patterns while maintaining implementation quality. Your hands-on approach will allow you to jump into product work when needed, helping to unblock teams and raise the overall craft bar within the organization. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the design culture at Alchemy, sharing your insights and best practices with your peers.
What we offer
Alchemy offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401k plan, and unlimited flexible time off.
