Who you are

You have a proven track record in client partnership and business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in advertising or digital marketing. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies is paramount, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of advertising solutions that can maximize revenue opportunities for clients.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of the digital advertising landscape, ensuring that you stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What you'll do

As a Senior Client Partner at Aleph, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key advertising clients and agencies. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions tailored to the needs of your clients. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue opportunities for Spotify while ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business results. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance client campaigns. You will also work to ensure that clients are fully leveraging the advertising capabilities of the platforms represented by Aleph, enabling them to achieve their marketing goals effectively.

In this role, you will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform your strategies and recommendations. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to align on client needs and ensure that all teams are working towards common goals. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential as you navigate challenges and seek to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
