What you'll do

As a Squad Lead, you will also have line management responsibilities, overseeing a small team of Central Relationship Managers. You will mentor and support your team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive the bank's mission of becoming the UK's most recommended bank for established SMEs. You will actively participate in client acquisition outreach activities, contributing to the growth of the bank's lending book and customer base.
