You have a proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence — your experience in managing commercial operations has equipped you with the skills to transform existing processes into more effective strategies. Your background in quality assurance and commercial effectiveness allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that lead to measurable results. You are adept at using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements across teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
As the Commercial Excellence - Team Leader, you will lead the transition from a traditional QA function to a more proactive Commercial Excellence operation. You will own and deliver on the Commercial Excellence strategy, acting as the main stakeholder between your team and the wider SMB business. Your role will involve ensuring regular alignment and buy-in on priorities from all relevant parties.
You will directly manage a team of three, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in embedding AI-enabled insight generation into the team's operations, enhancing agent capability, and driving operational scalability. You will work closely with the Head of Ops Support to ensure that Commercial Excellence becomes a strategic enabler of SMB performance, shifting the organization from reactive quality assurance to proactive commercial effectiveness.
