Job Description
About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Department Description
Allica is building out its growth function, based around talented, empowered and autonomous individuals who will be responsible for product-based customer acquisition using a combination of channels to meet objectives set across the business.
You will get an opportunity to work with different teams across the business including product squads, distribution, engineers and operations to deliver on Allica’s mission of becoming the UK’s most recommended business bank.
We are rare amongst banks in that our senior leadership team have backgrounds at world-leading fintech's, which shows in their active engagement in both the strategic and execution elements of our rapidly scaling organisation. Because we are working on one of the last untapped fintech opportunities, in a new team it will mean that we're often working on entirely new challenges and unpicking complexity as we move along. No two days are ever the same.
Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Manager focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the design, execution, and optimisation of tailored campaigns that drive business growth. You will play a key role in identifying high value segments within our target market, uncovering insights to define the right audiences, pain points, and messaging.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, you will build and optimise multi-channel ABM campaigns across letters, email, and LinkedIn ads. You will be responsible for ensuring each campaign is measurable, scalable, and continuously improving through testing, tracking, and iteration.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on execution. You will lead the process end-to-end, from analysing data, segmenting audiences, and defining the content to setting up workflows in HubSpot and ensuring every campaign drives tangible business results.

Partner closely with Sales teams to align messaging and outreach, ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement.
Use HubSpot or similar tools to create workflows, automation, and tracking processes that support campaign execution and scalability.
Performance & Optimisation
Establish clear tracking and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct post-campaign reviews to extract insights and ensure learnings are embedded into future campaigns.
Build dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility on ABM results, highlighting what is driving success and what needs refinement.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of ABM initiatives.
Influence stakeholders across the business to secure buy-in for ABM strategies and promote data-driven decision making.
