Who you are
You have a few years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B startup environment — you've successfully executed campaigns across various channels and understand the nuances of driving user acquisition and engagement. You are data-driven and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
You possess strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development — your ability to articulate marketing strategies and results will be key in this role. You are eager to take on more ownership and responsibility while learning from experienced leaders in the marketing field.
What you'll do
As the first growth marketing hire at Keeper, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to build and scale our growth engine from the ground up. You will run campaigns across core channels such as email, paid media, SEO, and outbound marketing, ensuring that each campaign is measurable and aligned with our growth objectives. You will test new tactics and strategies to drive qualified leads to our sales team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, allowing you to make informed decisions about future marketing initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to ensure that leads generated through marketing efforts are effectively nurtured and converted into customers. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to content marketing efforts, creating engaging materials that resonate with our target audience.
