You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly within the tech or AI sectors — you understand how to drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Your expertise includes account-based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle marketing, allowing you to create tailored campaigns that resonate with mid-market and enterprise clients. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize marketing efforts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize impact. You are comfortable with autonomy and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing company. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Reducto, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs aimed at generating and accelerating pipeline growth.
