You have a strong background in solutions architecture, particularly in transaction monitoring, and have successfully led technical implementations for clients in the financial sector. Your experience includes managing post-sales relationships and delivering technical wins that align with client needs. You are adept at understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions. What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Alloy, you will act as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations. You will work closely with Alloy Implementation Managers to conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs, proposing Alloy Transaction Monitoring product solutions that best fit their requirements. Your role will involve demonstrating the product to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth implementation process.
You will be responsible for managing the technical post-sales relationship, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the solutions provided and that they are effectively utilizing Alloy's products. Your expertise in transaction monitoring will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process and helping them achieve their goals.
