You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the Life Sciences or healthcare sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth. You understand the unique challenges faced by healthcare stakeholders and are adept at leveraging insights to create value for clients.

With a strong focus on digital health media, you are familiar with the latest trends and technologies that can enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare delivery — your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in a rapidly evolving market.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders — your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively is a key asset in your role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to utilize data-driven insights to inform your sales strategies — you are comfortable using analytics to measure success and adjust tactics as needed. You are also committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital media initiatives that support the Life Sciences division at Veradigm — your strategic vision will guide the team in creating impactful campaigns that resonate with healthcare stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and analytics teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives — your insights will help shape product offerings and marketing strategies that meet the needs of Life Sciences customers. You will also engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage Veradigm's unique capabilities.

As a senior leader, you will mentor and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability — you will set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to help team members grow in their roles. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on progress to senior management.
