What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Almabase, you will drive the strategy and execution across the product portfolio, focusing on initiatives that enhance community engagement and fundraising for educational institutions. Your role will involve collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.

You will be responsible for mastering the nonprofit fundraising landscape and specific customer needs within the first 30 days. This understanding will guide your decision-making and prioritization of product features. You will lead discussions on product direction, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering value to users while addressing their unique challenges.

Your ability to articulate complex ideas in writing will be crucial, as you will rely heavily on asynchronous communication and documentation to minimize meetings and maximize flexibility. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
