What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the identification and real-time monitoring of trading risks. You will comprehensively monitor trading systems, trading instructions, and position statuses across all accounts and strategies. Your role will involve issuing timely alerts for abnormal trading behaviors and dynamically assessing strategy-level risks by incorporating market conditions such as liquidity and volatility. You will also be tasked with executing risk intervention measures when thresholds are triggered, including the ability to pause or limit trading strategies. Collaborating closely with research and risk control teams, you will quickly identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
