You are a student graduating in 2026 or 2027, eager to explore your career options and develop your commercial skills. You possess a strong interest in client service and are ready to engage with industry leaders to gain insights into the business world. You are adaptable and open to learning, with a desire to enhance your negotiation and critical thinking abilities. You are fluent in German, which will enable you to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.

While not required, any previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles would be beneficial. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate for this opportunity.

What you'll do

During the Insight Days, you will participate in interactive workshops designed to enhance your commercial confidence and resilience. You will have the chance to learn directly from AlphaSights leaders about the company's operations and the role of an Associate on the Client Service team. You will engage in activities that challenge your critical thinking and negotiation skills, preparing you for future roles in the industry. Following the assessment on the second day, you may have the opportunity to be invited to a final round interview for a full-time position in 2026.
