What you'll do
As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your role will involve managing multiple projects for top-tier client organizations, including investment funds and strategy consultancies. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and facilitating connections with niche experts to inform their decision-making processes.
You will engage in various tasks that require you to be proactive and resourceful, ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant insights. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating with internal teams, conducting research, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
