You are a recent graduate or early career professional eager to start your journey in a commercial role. You possess strong bilingual skills in English and Mandarin, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients and colleagues. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about the prospect of working in two major global cities, Hong Kong and New York. What you'll do
In the first phase of your journey, you will immerse yourself in the Hong Kong office for 12 to 18 months, where you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on coaching. You will gain a foundational understanding of AlphaSights' business model and develop your project management skills while engaging in high-impact sales activities. This phase will prepare you for the next step in your career.
Following your time in Hong Kong, you will transition to the New York office for an additional 18 months. Here, you will apply the skills you have acquired and further accelerate your career within AlphaSights. You will work closely with clients, helping them access expert knowledge and elevate their decision-making processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business success.
