As a recent graduate, you are eager to kickstart your career in talent acquisition, particularly within the technology sector. Your attention to detail ensures that you can thoroughly screen CVs and evaluate candidates effectively, aligning them with the company's values and desired characteristics.

You are a natural communicator, capable of managing candidate communications and providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Your ability to build relationships will help you navigate the preferences of hiring managers and ensure their needs are met consistently. You are adaptable and ready to collaborate on various projects with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the candidate selection process, ensuring that each candidate is thoroughly screened and evaluated against the desired characteristics for various technology and strategy roles. You will lead sourcing initiatives by executing tactical research and employing intelligent sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates across different pipelines and geographies.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, managing everything from talent attraction and selection to drafting contracts and conducting background checks. Your focus will be on providing a positive candidate experience, effectively educating candidates about AlphaSights' available opportunities and facilitating impactful interactions throughout the recruitment process.

Additionally, you will build strong relationships with the Technology & Strategy leadership team, ensuring that their hiring needs are met in alignment with the recruiting philosophy. You will also collaborate on ad-hoc projects with the technical recruiting team and other cross-functional teams to enhance the overall recruitment process.
