You are adaptable and can navigate the preferences of hiring managers while maintaining a focus on the recruiting philosophy of the organization.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to manage candidate communications effectively and educate them about available opportunities. You are proactive in executing sourcing initiatives, employing creative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates across various pipelines and geographies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work well with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements and enhancing the overall recruitment experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the candidate selection process, ensuring that candidates align with the desired characteristics of the roles you are recruiting for. You will lead sourcing initiatives, executing tactical research and intelligent sourcing campaigns to find and engage candidates. Your focus will be on providing a best-in-class candidate experience, managing communications, and facilitating a positive and impactful experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from talent attraction and selection to drafting contracts and conducting background checks. Building strong relationships with the Technology & Strategy leadership team will be essential, as you navigate hiring manager preferences to meet their needs consistently. You will also collaborate on ad-hoc projects with the technical recruiting team and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the recruitment experience.
