What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights, managing candidate communications and guiding them through the interview process from application to hire. You will support your colleagues in managing applications and candidate logistics, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You will gain exposure to various areas of talent acquisition, including talent attraction, candidate assessment, and interview logistics. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the firm’s growth as you help identify and select top talent for the Associate Programme.
