What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and end-to-end roadmap for Altruist's trading functionality. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets user needs and aligns with the company's mission. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development, prioritizing features that deliver the most value to users. You will define success metrics and track performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will facilitate cross-functional meetings, keeping teams aligned and focused on shared goals. Your role will also involve mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall product strategy of the company.
