What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the trading experience at Altruist, defining the strategic vision and developing a comprehensive roadmap. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure that the trading functionality meets the needs of financial advisors and their clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and defining success metrics to guide product development. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all aspects of the trading experience are optimized for user satisfaction and performance. You will also be responsible for communicating the product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
