What you'll do
As the Manager of Account Management, you will lead a team of 10+ Account Managers, guiding them in their efforts to support vendors on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for managing operational business metrics and ensuring that your team meets and exceeds vendor expectations. Collaboration with leaders from Retail and Vendor Services teams will be key to your success, as you work to improve key business metrics that accelerate vendor growth.
You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies that enhance vendor satisfaction and drive their success on the platform. Your role will involve regular assessments of team performance and operational outcomes, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that benefit the business.
