You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors. Your ability to set and align team goals with organizational objectives is a key strength, and you thrive in environments where strategy is not always clearly defined. You possess excellent relationship management skills, allowing you to build trust with sellers and internal stakeholders alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to implement and track metrics that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus, as is familiarity with seller satisfaction metrics and strategies for enhancing seller relationships. You are comfortable navigating complex business challenges and making trade-offs between immediate needs and long-term strategic investments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to the development of business strategies that align with Amazon's goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics that drive growth and enhance the seller experience. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of sellers, monitoring satisfaction survey results, and acting as a trusted advisor to your team. You will also be responsible for uncovering hidden areas of opportunity through data analysis and implementing strategies to improve seller performance.
