Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, with experience leading teams and managing operational metrics. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively drive results for your vendors. You are committed to delivering high-quality services and improving business metrics that contribute to vendor success on the Amazon platform.

You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams of 10 or more, and understand the importance of accountability in achieving business goals. Your experience in e-commerce or a related field gives you insights into vendor needs and expectations, allowing you to provide tailored support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers, guiding them in their efforts to support vendors in the AVS service. You will be responsible for overseeing operational business metrics and ensuring that your team meets and exceeds vendor expectations. Collaboration with leaders from Retail and Vendor Services teams will be key to achieving the best results for your customers.

You will drive initiatives that improve key business metrics, focusing on vendor growth and satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a culture of high performance and accountability within your team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the company's goals.
