You have 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment. You excel at building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for understanding the needs of vendors and suppliers. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable navigating complex business landscapes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present compelling solutions to potential partners. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, enhancing productivity for both yourself and your team. You are motivated by challenges and are eager to contribute to the growth of a new business segment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new brands to Amazon North America by effectively communicating the benefits of a retail partnership. You will negotiate contractual terms and act as a business consultant to new vendors, providing insights and advice tailored to their specific needs. You will help vendors master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring they can integrate their products efficiently into the platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying and building relationships with key influencers within prospective vendors' executive teams, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to create compelling Amazon solutions. You will also be tasked with achieving business objectives and driving vendor success through effective onboarding and support.
