You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with Vendor Managers and Retail Category leads to align on vendor needs and targets.
You possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions that impact vendor satisfaction and productivity. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for your team's needs while also aligning with broader business objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex challenges and are committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.
What you'll do
As the AVS Manager, you will lead a team of Team Leads and Brand Specialists, focusing on delivering impactful results for a large group of strategic vendors. Your responsibilities will include setting clear goals and targets for your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand vendor needs and drive initiatives that enhance their performance across key retail metrics. Your role will also involve contributing to the continuous enhancement of the Amazon Vendor Services, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for managing the strategic and operational aspects of vendor relationships, ensuring that your team is aligned with Amazon's commitment to vendor satisfaction. You will analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in building a culture of high performance within your team, where each member is empowered to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
