What you'll do

As the AVS Manager, you will lead a team of Team Leads and Brand Specialists, focusing on delivering exceptional service to a large group of strategic vendors. Your responsibilities will include setting clear goals and targets for your team, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the Retail Business Services. You will collaborate with Vendor Managers and Retail Category leads to understand vendor needs and develop strategies that enhance their performance across key retail metrics.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team — encouraging innovation and operational excellence while ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic retail environment. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
