Overview

Who you are

You have experience in managing teams and ensuring operational excellence β€” you've successfully led teams in a logistics or customer service environment, focusing on performance metrics and quality standards. Your leadership style is motivational, and you thrive on fostering a positive team culture that prioritizes safety and engagement.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and can navigate complex operational challenges β€” you understand the importance of maintaining high standards of process quality and inventory accuracy. Your ability to guide cross-functional teams will help you tackle operational issues effectively.

What you'll do

As a Hub Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-30 associates, ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met. You will drive the training and integration of your team, motivating them to achieve performance KPIs while promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards.

You will oversee the acquisition quality and performance metrics of the hub, ensuring that all processes align with Amazon's high standards. Your role will involve actively sharing best practices with your colleagues and leading acquisition efforts to meet expansion goals. You will also be a subject matter expert on Hub processes, guiding your team in achieving the best results for customers.
