Who you are
You have experience in account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry, and possess a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to recommend solutions that improve partner engagement and portfolio performance. You thrive in a remote management environment, utilizing digital tools to connect with partners effectively.
You understand the importance of maximizing partner engagement and are skilled at activating products and promotions that drive results. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct virtual meetings and discussions that foster collaboration and trust with hotel partners. You are proactive in tracking deal performance and ensuring that outcomes are documented and communicated clearly.
Desirable
Experience with digital account management tools and a background in the travel industry would be advantageous. Familiarity with key supply metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements is a plus. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of managing a diverse portfolio of hotel partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of 75–100 hotels within the mid-tail segment, focusing on growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. You will build and maintain strong partner relationships remotely through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, ensuring that partners are engaged and satisfied with Agoda’s offerings.
You will drive improvements in key supply metrics by analyzing performance data and recommending actionable solutions. Your role will involve activating Agoda products and promotions for partners, tracking deal performance, and documenting outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive portfolio performance.
