Who you are
You have a strong background in advertising solutions and revenue generation — your experience allows you to effectively partner with sales teams to create media strategies that drive incremental revenue for new advertisers. You are customer-obsessed and excel at creating strong first impressions with first-time advertisers, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the onboarding process.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Account Managers, and Creative & Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns launch successfully and meet client expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help you manage end-to-end campaign launches, strategizing and creating initial media plans that forecast cross-product and cross-channel campaigns for optimal results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, leveraging your expertise to guide advertisers through the onboarding process. You will collaborate with the Ad Sales account team to prioritize quality and speed in onboarding net-new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from the start.
You will manage the entire campaign launch process, which includes strategizing and creating initial media plans, forecasting, and executing campaigns across various channels. Your ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly will be crucial in driving results for your clients.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, providing them with insights and recommendations to enhance their advertising strategies. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to the evolving landscape of eCommerce and advertising, ensuring that you remain a valuable resource for your clients.
