Who you are
You are a customer-obsessed Account Manager with a passion for advertising solutions and a strong understanding of eCommerce. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for creating strong first impressions with first-time advertisers. Your operational excellence ensures that campaigns launch as planned, meeting client expectations and objectives. You are skilled at managing end-to-end campaign launches and are eager to partner closely with sales account teams to improve campaign performance.
You have experience in advertising or sales, and you understand the importance of data-driven insights in driving campaign success. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Account Executives and Creative & Campaign Managers, to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are aligned with client goals. Your ability to surface opportunities for improvement and your proactive approach to problem-solving set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, helping to create media strategies that resonate with advertisers. You will manage the entire campaign launch process, ensuring that all elements are executed flawlessly to deliver the best results for our customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Ad Sales account team to prioritize quality and speed in launching campaigns, as well as providing insights and reporting to support campaign success.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that campaigns meet client goals and objectives, requiring a high level of operational excellence. Your collaborative nature will allow you to work effectively with various teams, including Account Executives and Creative & Campaign Managers, to drive campaign performance and success. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
