You excel at building and nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive revenue. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You are results-oriented and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative, sales, product, and retail partners to achieve shared goals. You are adept at solving ambiguous business problems and mitigating risks before they become roadblocks, ensuring a smooth experience for your advertisers. You understand the importance of leveraging data to influence decision-making and are passionate about helping your clients succeed.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or eCommerce is a plus, as is familiarity with Amazon's advertising solutions. You may also have a background in data analysis or marketing, which enhances your ability to provide strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders and presenting insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of advertisers, working to understand their unique goals and challenges. You will develop and implement strategies to help them achieve their objectives, driving revenue growth for both your clients and Amazon Ads. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights that inform your clients' advertising strategies. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your clients receive the best possible service and support. You will also be responsible for educating your advertisers about Amazon's advertising solutions, helping them navigate the complexities of digital advertising. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about their campaign performance and any adjustments that may be necessary to optimize results.
