Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales account management, ideally within the advertising or eCommerce sectors. With at least 3-5 years of experience, you excel at building and nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable strategies. You are data-driven, capable of diving deep into analytics to uncover trends and insights that inform your recommendations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative, sales, product, and retail partners to achieve shared goals. You are proactive in identifying potential roadblocks and adept at mitigating risks before they impact your clients' success.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Amazon's advertising solutions. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce and have a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics. A background in data analysis or marketing analytics will set you apart, as will any experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
What you'll do
As a Sales Account Manager at Amazon Ads, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of advertisers, focusing on the automotive sector.
