What you'll do

In this applied research role, you will contribute directly to AI agent development — your responsibilities will include model training, dataset design, and pre- and post-training optimization. You will collaborate with a small, talent-dense team to develop foundational capabilities for useful AI agents, combining large language models with reinforcement learning to solve reasoning, planning, and world modeling challenges.
