You possess a solid understanding of Vision-Language models and Reinforcement Learning, which are critical for enhancing the capabilities of AI agents. Your strong background in scientific research demonstrates your ability to generate and implement innovative ideas in machine learning, making you a valuable asset to the team. You are willing to step outside typical role boundaries to get things done, as every member of the technical staff is expected to write code, design experiments, and interpret results.
What you'll do
In this applied research role, you will contribute directly to the development of AI agents, focusing on improving their multi-modal perception and visual-reasoning abilities. Your daily responsibilities will include model training, dataset design, and pre- and post-training optimization, ensuring that the agents are equipped with the necessary skills to perform effectively.
