What you'll do
As a Brand Specialist, you will take ownership of selected brands, driving growth and enhancing the customer experience on Amazon.com.mx. You will be responsible for managing the brands' product portfolios, ensuring that product detail pages meet high-quality standards. Your role will involve conducting detailed analyses of business inefficiencies and proposing changes to operational processes to drive improvement.
You will facilitate great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands, acting as the main point of contact for vendors. Your responsibilities will include leading presentations and planning sessions, as well as supporting marketing campaigns that effectively promote the brands. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the brands are well-represented and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
