What you'll do
As a Senior Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share for Amazon Shipping. You will lead insight-driven engagements with customers, teaching them new ways to meet rising end-customer expectations and challenging the limitations of their current shipping strategies. Your role will involve working backwards from customer needs, using data to design tailored solutions that enhance speed, reliability, and fulfillment.
You will influence decisions by introducing data-backed insights and clarifying the costs of the status quo, guiding customers through complex decision cycles toward measurable business outcomes. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions that define the future of Amazon Shipping.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $147,900 to $220,200 annually, depending on experience and location.
