You are data-driven and understand how to define and track performance metrics for partnership success — your analytical mindset allows you to align technical and business objectives effectively. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable representing your organization at industry events, maintaining critical relationships with technology partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Amazon's Fleet Innovation Strategy, driving the end-to-end strategic partnership lifecycle for Global Fleet initiatives. You will develop multi-year partnership strategies that align with both technical and business objectives, ensuring comprehensive financial accountability. Your responsibilities will include leading complex negotiations for high-value technology partnerships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
